Job Title 1 out of 2: Business Development internship

 The internship would involve doing relevant jobs, which will help to build the business structure of ANGA from its foundation. It requires populating ANGA’s webspace, communicating with members, prospective members and handling communication.

 Business development internship Responsibilities:

o   Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. Report to Anga founder on a daily basis.

o   Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

o   Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

o   Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.

o   Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards association goals.

o   Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

Business Development Intern Requirements:

Ø  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.

Ø  Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.

Ø  Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.

Ø  Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

Ø  Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office, graphic design, Adobe.

Ø  Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.

Ø  Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.

Ø  Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.

 

Knowledge of communication, basic IT knowledge and interpersonal relationship skills are required.
