Wer wir sind

ANGA is a non-profit association established in 2020, focusing on youth education and empowerment. We are a group of experienced professionals from a diverse range of creative backgrounds working together contributing our unique skills and knowledge for our common vision.

Das Wort Anga kommt aus dem Sanskrit अङ्ग and means "a small part of the whole". In keeping with this meaning, we strive to become a vital spark that ignites the flame of collective consciousness.

Was uns bewegt

At the heart of ANGA's mission is the belief that creative education is a powerful tool for social change. We strive to create and implement educational initiatives tailored for underprivileged and disadvantaged youths and minority communities. By doing so, we uplift individuals and equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to enter, re-enter, or thrive in the job market. Delivering non-formal education through online and in-person workshops provides flexible learning opportunities that extend beyond traditional classroom settings, making education accessible to the youth of all backgrounds.

We utilize creative practices like film, theatre and music as a tool in our workshops and we simultaneously promote environmental awareness to engage and inspire our participants.

Was wir tun

ANGA uses creative practices in theatre, film and arts to provide non-formal education and training. To achieve this, we create, co-ordinate and partner in workshops and related projects. You can find a list of our projects here.

In order to achieve our mission in Central and Eastern Europe we also participate in cultural activities and events such as festivals, concerts, educational projects, exhibitions, and more.
ANGA also provides creative training to partners and businesses as a services.

Anga’s guiding principles are:

i) To increase inclusivity and social unity through the power of culture.

ii) To democratise art and make it accessible to the youth.
